Beautifully furnished, immaculate Trilogy home in the perfect location to enjoy the long winter months. Inside this home you will find granite counters, stainless steel appliances, latte machine and much more. There are televisions in every bedroom as well as the living area. It has two full bedrooms and two full baths in the main house with a separate guest home with a full bed and bath. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms to keep you cool in summer months and warm in the winter months. The back yard is beautifully landscaped with a stunning view of mountains and an entire orchard of Date Palm trees. What a way to wake up every morning with the sun coming up over the Date Palms. It is absolutely stunning.

Trilogy has a PGA quality golf course that has hosted the skins game with Tiger Woods, Annika Sorenstam and Fred Couples. It has a world class spa, fully equipped gym, two pools and a hot tub. It alos boasts one of the finest restaurants in the entire Coachella valley. This truly is one of the finest resorts in the valley.

The valley has many great restaurants, world class shopping or just relax and enjoy the warm winters.

About The Owner

My wife and I grew up in Western Washington State. We are avid golfers and have enjoyed the Coachella Valley for many years. We decided to purchase our home in 2007 to enjoy all the golf and amenities La Quinta has to offer. We hope you love it there as much as we do.

Why The Owner chose La Quinta

We looked around at many different places to buy our vacation home. We went to Tucson, Pheonix and many other beautiful places. We always ended up coming back to La Quinta. We looked at Trilogy and immediately fell in love with the entire complex. The golf course is terrific, challenging but fair. It is an extremely active 55 plus community. It has a great work out facility. The Coral Spa is great place to have a massage after a full day of vacation.

What makes this house unique

I love to come home to my house and just relax after a great round of golf. It's nice to be able to cook a nice meal with friends in the comfort of your own home. It's also very nice to have a washer and dryer so we don't have to pack heavy.

This truly is a beautiful Trilgy home. It was exactly as described and the Trilogy complex is incredible. The golf course is world class and in great shape...and affordable too. The work out facility and the pool are really nice as well. Downtown LaQuinta is full of great restaurants and shops and has great ambience. The owners were gracious and kind, any time we has a question they always returned calls promptly. We had a great experience and would recommend this home to all.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing

My wife and I found a relaxing desert retreat in this beautiful new home. We highly recommend it!
We enjoyed socializing with other Trilogy folks on neighborhood walks and at the community center and clubhouse (glasses of wine, swimming, and daily planned activities).
We drove to Hwy 111, a short drive, and found a wide variety of restaurants and shops. We went to Costco and Ralph's, Beer Hunter and Jackalope restaurants, enjoyed date shakes, as well as Macy's, Barnes and Noble, and the Living Desert. It was a wonderful month!
