The Village of Sylvan Beach is located right in the center of New York State and is uniquely situated at the junction of the New York State Canal and Oneida lake. Boaters have access to both the canal and the lake from numerous marinas. This section of the lake is best known for its two-mile long, wide sandy beach and turn-of-the-century amusement park. Great dining! Amazing sunsets!
