Casita Azul Condo: The Casita Azul oceanfront condo rental is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo that can comfortably sleep up to four people. The Playa del Carmen villa rental is beautifully furnished with authentic Mexican decor and is also updated with American standards of air-conditioning, ceiling fans and an on-site property manager. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a dresser for additional storage and a safe for your personal items. The living room is furnished with a futon couch that can accommodate kids or an additional guest. The living room entertainment area is complete with satellite TV, DVD player, CD/cassette tape player and a video game console. The condo rental's fully-equipped kitchenette has a mini-refrigerator, water cooler dispenser, toaster oven and cooking and dining utensils. The vacation rental bathroom has a shower with a shaving seat and a separate vanity area with sink.

Casita Azul Balcony: The Casita Azul oceanfront vacation rental condo balcony is furnished with everything you'll need for entertaining outdoors while enjoying the magical Caribbean views. There are two chaise lounge chairs for sun-bathing along with a table, chairs and umbrella for dining. The balcony also has a tiled countertop bar with a drink icing station and electric outlet for all your needs! Great Location and Deck

We were very pleased with the property and the amenities were as represented with more. My husband and I brought my 78 yr. old mother who didn't mind the futon and it would be ok for 2 kids. The large deck right over the Cozumel ferry pier ads interest and space. The tv even got NFL network, big credit there! Much of the beach in Playa is diminished this year but you can find rental chairs nearby. We had a problem locating the key and the office was closed, we called the phone number we were given and they brought us one in several minutes and staff was helpful whenever needed. The condos are a little older and plumbing is par for many places in Mexico but off season rate are great and we would use it again.

I just got back from Mexico and my stay at Casita Azul. (Apr. 30-May 15, 2008). This place is a slice of heaven in paradise. It is a beautiful condo for a romantic getaway. There is everything there you need for the perfect vacation. There was nothing that I needed that wasn't already there. (grill, coolers, beach chairs, iron, blow dryer, lots & lots of luxurious towels, beach equipment, shampoo & soap, lots of storage space, decor was very cute.). If there is something you need Wal-mart is within walking distance, and a cheap cab ride back. The prices are about the same as USA. The weather was perfect every single day,for the 15 days I was there. 5th Ave. is just steps away for lots and lots of shopping, bars and restaurants. Senor Frogs is just downstairs, at night, I liked to sit on the balcony, have a drink, listen to the music, watch the ferrys come & go from Cozumel & enjoy the cool ocean breeze. If you don't want to listen to the music, just close the sliding doors and it won't bother your t.v. or sleep. Like I said, heaven in paradise. The staff was very pleasant and helpful our entire stay. They arranged a private car for my ride back to the Cancun airport ($65.00 + tip). I would like to say thank you to Scott Hammonds and his family for sharing their beautiful condo with the rest of us. Rentals Your Way handled all the arrangements and did a wonderful job. We would & will stay there again.....see you soon!!! TERRI BROWN, MT. PLEASANT, MICH. 4/30/08-5/15/08.
