There is a large open kitchen and dining area as well as a living room and family area. The den can become another bedroom if necessary. Besides the private heated swimming pool, the beach is just a short walk away, as is the center of the town of Key Biscayne. This home is furnished to the highest standard, includes 3 Dolby Digital Satellite TVs, DVDs, and VCR, sleeps 10 people very comfortably, is 20 minutes from the Miami Airport and Southbeach, 10 minutes from Downtown Miami, and 5 minutes from golf and tennis and is on both the PGA and LTA circuit.
