Oceanfront Penthouse Condo-Gorgeous views from 23rd floor

We were delighted to discover that this condo is on the top floor at the beautiful and conveniently located Emerald Isle. Furnishings were comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked with necessary cooking tools. The large balcony is perfect for watching the sunset over the water. The owner made personal contact with me and was very helpful in sending information via mail (which I like) before time for us to travel. And the condo met expectations as depicted on the pictures and description given online.
Only drawback is small elevators, and tiny hallways--hard to maneuver carts. It also seems that guest should be allowed 2 parking passes free--especially during the kind of off season. Other than that we had a great time, enjoyed the beach and the comfort of this condo.
If you want to stay right on the beach and a bit away from the nighlife of PC, this is a good place for you.

Wonderful place. Exactly as advertised. Well-furnished; nice kitchen. The view is stunning. Great venue for July 4th fireworks. Owner was very nice to deal with. Can't wait to go back.

Our stay at Mrs. Vicky's place was perfect! Great view from the top floor. Two pools and oversized hot tub. The condo was very nice and roomy. Nice updated decor. Close parking to the elevator on the 3rd floor. Everything was as described and we were not disappointed at all, actually very impressed - the photos don't do it justice. The price beats all other rentals at this property and in the immediate area.
Beaches were very clean and white - no trash and litter. The building is constantly patrolled by a very nice security man during the summer months. Ask him about his motorcycle!
You have to go to Thomas's donuts about 1 mile west from the condo - not only for donuts! Burgers & Onion Rings are awesome! Don't try to use the bathroom though. Panama Pizzaria at the split is fantastic - get the Stromboli. They deliver until 10:30. Mike's across the street is great for lunch & breakfast - good sandwiches and calamari with BBQ butter! Yum! The area gets crowed further you go east but the condo is located far west of all the parties. Winn Dixie just down the street to get groceries. Pier shopping is very close as well. Parasail, jet ski, banana boat rides all right down on the beach. We loved our stay and would recommend to everyone!
