This condo comfortably sleeps six and has a great location in Old Town. You will never run out of things to do here. Prime location at the bottom of Main Street between Park Avenue and Deer Valley Drive. The bus stops in both directions in front of Park Station We are in the high frequency zone within the Park City free Transit system.

There is no need to have a car, however if you do bring one there are indoor and outdoor parking spaces available. The Town Lift is just steps away from the condo and takes skiers up to the Bonanza chair and bypasses the busy PayDay lift at Park City Mountain Resort base. You can ski back on the town runs at the end of the day or download back to town if you want. Enjoy Main Street with it's wide variety of shops, restaurants and art galleries. There are plenty of activities for non skiers in the family to enjoy.

The unit is wireless and has cable TV with HBO. The living room has a new queen size sleep sofa and loveseat, a wood burning slate fireplace and a new 37' LCD HD flat screen TV with a Wireless Blu Ray/DVD player. The dining area comfortably seats six. The kitchen has hardwood floors, a tiled countertop and has a dishwasher, new microwave and assorted small appliances.

The master bedroom features two queen sized beds, with warm duvets, all cotton sheets, a small table with two chairs, a 32 ' flat screen LCD HD TV with DVD player, a counter height refrigerator and its own coffee maker. The Master Bath has been completely remodeled in 2013 and has a separate vanity area with new vanity, granite counters and undermounted sink. There is a large tiled stall shower with glass shower doors.

The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made up as a king if desired. It has an LCD Flat screen TV with Blu Ray player. The main bathroom has been completely renovated in the summer of 2013. New tile floor and tiled bathtub with new oak vanity and granite countertop with undermounted sink.

Park Station has an indoor hot tub, sauna, locker rooms with showers, guest coin-op laundry, vending and ice machines in the basement of the building. There is an outdoor hot tub between the two condo buildings. The heated swimming pool is open during the ski season and summer only.

About The Owner

I am a licensed real estate broker in NY and NJ and own my own company specializing in commercial property management, so I am very familiar with property maintenance, rental agreements and all the logistics of renting a vacation property in a professional way. My husband is an architect with a background in commercial design and construction management. We are owners who stay in our property over the course of the year and furnish it as our second home, not just an investment property. We want all the comforts of home and provide the same for our guests.

Why The Owner chose Old Town

We have been skiers for over 45 years and taken at least one annual western ski trip over the last 30 years to a variety of resorts in the US and Canada. We decided to buy a condo in Park City because it is so easy to get to, so close to the SLC airport and we love the diversity of terrain offered by the three ski areas closeby. We chose Park Station because it is next to Main Street and we love the variety of restaurants, night life and shopping as well as the fact that we are a short walk from the Town Chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort. We were pleasantly suprised at all there is to do in Park City in the off season. The golf courses, the hiking and biking trails, the nearby fishing and boating on the Jordanelle Reservoir were bonuses we didn't anticipate.

We have a fabulous location, the best in Park City. We try to provide our guests with all the information they will need to have a great vacation. Detailed fact sheets are supplied on a seasonal basis with information on ground transportation, discount ski lift tickets, location of grocery stores, transit schedules for the free Park City buses, etc.

I have been coming to Park City Utah once a year for the past six years and every time I have stayed at this wonderful Condo. It has a great open floor plan that easily sleeps 6 with two large private bedrooms. The condo still has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for being so large and the fireplace is a welcome respite after a day of skiing. The kitchen is fully stocked and quite spacious which makes it a joy to work in.

The location could not be better! It is at the bottom of the main drag for Park City and just a short 2 minute walk to the Town Lift right into Park City skiing. The owner has always done a great job at referring us to wonderful restaurants and ski deals.

I plan on coming here every year!

Perfect Park City Condo

Stayed at this unit on a ski trip with friends. Perfect location close to skiing and town. You won't even need a car since it's close enough to walk to Park City and easy to take the bus to Deer Valley and Canyons. Nice updated unit. Owner provides great info and discounts for skiing rentals/lift tickets/transportation. Nice hot tub in the complex for a casual apres ski. Overall, great place to stay!

Excellent location on Main Street steps away from PC Town Lift. Shuttle stops right outside the building. Easy access to great restaurants. Well furnished condo, comfortable beds, and recently updated. Brand new bathroom. Owner provides great information to guests for ground transportation, discount ski rentals and how to obtain discount lift tickets.

Magical Christmas Ski & Snowboard Trip

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo and in Park City. The condo was wonderful - well-appointed, comfortable and very welcoming. There was even room for everyone to chill out and have their own space après-ski space. The owner ensured that it was outfitted thoughtfully with amenities like paper products (toilet paper, paper towels and facial tissues) and soap (hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and dish washer soap) so we didn't have to rush to the store right after arriving from a long day of traveling. We certainly appreciated how easy it was to get around town and walk to Main Street. Can't beat the ideal location and easy access to public transportation (we didn't bother renting a car).

Great spot, great service

We had a great stay, and the condo was exactly as we had hoped. Couldn't be more convenient -- less than a hundred yards easy walk to the town chair lift. Linda was prompt and attentive in all the details, and especially we appreciated how she accommodated our timing on the day of departure. Thank you!

Ski week

The condo was perfect for our group of 5 adults. I've never had such a well stocked kitchen. It was great to have a variety of cooking utensils and spices as we cooked dinner several times during our stay. The location was convenient also. The town lift is one block from the back door and buses to the other two ski areas stop in front of the complex. A car is not necessary. The owner provided the name of an excellent shuttle service from SLC as well as literature about activities and restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo.
