The Cottage offers a small secure balcony on the front of the house. A large covered patio recently added off the kitchen contains the washer, dryer, outdoor sink and outdoor shower, in addition to the dining area.
The Coral Cottage sits on a large fenced lot with off-street parking. You will enjoy a variety of plantings which include palm trees, bananas, pomegranates, acerola cherries, loquats, parcha fruit and more.

The Cottage is decorated in a colorful, relaxed, whimsical island style. The furniture is comfortable with rattan, bamboo and wicker throughout. The house is well equipped to allow our guests to travel to the island with a minimum of clothing, supplies and equipment.
Entertaining/Cooking/Dining -stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, bar equipment, vases for flowers, candle holders, linens, kitchens are stocked with basic pantry items, cleaning supplies and paper products.
Indoor Living - window screens, TV, VCR, sound system for CDs, radio, telephone for local calls and unlimited long distance to Puerto Rico and the US, an answering machine, lots of books, games, videos, and brochures of local interest.
Outdoor Living - deck chairs and dining table and chairs, charcoal grill
Sleeping/Bathing - excellent beds with 100% cotton sheets, cotton blankets, cozy throws, ceiling fans, A/C, alarm clocks, bathrooms are comfortable down to the fluffy white towels, washer/dryer

Our guests need to bring: Personal toiletries, Sunscreen, Personal medications, Casual beach attire including a beach hat and a pair of Tevas, similar sandals or reef shoes - (handy for the bio-bay tour and rocky beaches), Additional reading material, Special foods if guests have any dietary restrictions, and Snorkeling gear - (can also be rented locally)
