This is a great house for winter visitors to the warm beach of south Texas. It has all the comforts of home since the owners will leave it intact during the winter and summer months. The living floor (2nd) has a large master bedroom and bath, remodeled kitchen with granite counters, all appliances, newly carpeted large living/dining room with wall of sunny windows, office with desk, second bath, front balcony, and a back deck. The first floor includes entry, a bedroom with full bath, an office/poker room, and a 2-car garage. The entire house is in excellent condition and nicely furnished for living, not just visiting. The fenced backyard is great for dogs. It is tropically landscaped both back and front with many palm trees, including coconut palms and banana trees. We welcome well-mannered dogs for a fee of $50 per pet. The beach is just a short 200 yard walk through a public access. You can also walk to restaurants and the grocery store just 2-3 blocks away.
