Take a short 5-minute walk to the beach or the village of Duck. Choose to sunbathe by the private pool and hot tub or enjoy the views from the wrap-around decks. This is a private, gated community offering indoor/outdoor pools, tennis, basketball, fitness center, trolley and paths to the ocean. Level one offers 2 bedrooms each with double bed bunkbeds with trundles and shared bath. There's also a gameroom, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pool table, laundry room and TV/VCR/DVD/CD. Level 2 has 3 Master Bedrooms each with King beds and deck access. Also on this level is a fabulous den with flat screen TV - not many homes have this extra living area!! Level 3 is where you'll find another King Master w/whirlpool & private deck. Kitchen with 2 dishwashers, Great Room, screened in porch, and Loft area. Note: Masters have private baths

This home is located on a cul de sac which joins the path to the ocean. the cul de sac also offers a safe area for the children to play outside. The large fenced in yard has a treed grassy area for escape from the sun. There is also a trolley that will take guests around the community.
