This tastefully-furnished, peaceful, beachfront condo is located on the tip of Baja California at Costa Azul Beach. It is a third floor condo with ocean and pool views and a fabulous palm tree court yard around pool. It is only one mile from the charming town of San Jose Del Cabo and has many restaurants nearby, as well as a large grocery store one mile away. This home also features a full kitchen and High speed Internet . This is a non-smoking unit. A deposit of 50% is required to reserve, and is refundable up to 30 days before arrival. The balance is payable upon arrival. A $400 damage security deposit may also be required.The rate per night is $130 if you reserve thirty days or more in advance the seventh night is FREE !

What a relaxing stay loved it.very clean and quite, beutiful.Hotels charge way to much.some friends stayed down the beach at a high end hotel and saw where we were staying and said they were ripped of.I tend to agree. I will deffinitly be going back.If you love to surf or fish or just lay around the pool you will love it.

I have had the pleasure of staying twice in 2008 and look forward to my next trip. I highly recommend this unit over the others in the complex. It has a fabulous view of both the court yard and the beach. The interior of this unit has been updated throughout to include the air conditioning. This unit is very well kept. As a matter of fact, my first visit was in July and the second was over Christmas and within that time period the owner repainted the interior and purchased a new King size bed with all new linens. The complex itself is in a great area. It is just far enough from Downtown Cabo to give you that "vacation home feel". It is near the toll road providing a straight shot to the airport. There a couple of great bars and restaurants as well as a full size grocery store all within walking distance as well. Trust me; you will really enjoy your stay. I surely do!

Super clean unit with no problems and a nice view. Small complex with active owners that keep the property very nice. You can watch surfing from your balcony or walk down the beach to Zippers and have a nice meal or drinks. Very quiet, nice for families.
