The Meadow View House is located 16 scenic miles northeast of Sandpoint, Idaho. This home is nestled at the edge of the valley with Gold Creek running through the meadow. The backdrop to this scenic picture is the beautiful Cabinet Mountain Range. From the Meadow View House you can watch deer, moose, elk, coyotes, the ranch cattle, and horses grazing and playing in the meadow. Bring a fishing pole and try your luck at catching native brook trout in Gold Creek. You also have unlimited trails for hiking, skiing or mountain biking right out your front door. The house itself is eco-friendly and features straw bale construction and instant on hot water. You will enjoy the house's full country kitchen, dining area, and living room, which is complimented by a river rock gas fireplace. The house has two baths and two bedrooms. The denim bedroom has two full beds while the master bedroom has one queen and its own gas fireplace to warm the room on those cool North Idaho evenings.

Golfers can enjoy the Hidden Lakes Golf Course just 10 miles away. This 18 hole course is one of the best in Idaho. There is many festivals, fairs, and special events going on throughout the year near or around Sandpoint. Of course you are only footsteps away from hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, sleigh rides, wildlife, and a tremendous view.

A bonus room upstairs has two twin beds.
