Artemis Apartment: Located on the first (and second) floor of the villa in a pictorial place outside of the town, you will find a comfortable, sunny, independent 2-or 3-room apartment (with separated children sleeping room under the roof) for maximal 8 people. Nice bath, a panoramic terrace and a big solarium in the middle of a 4 hectare nature park with a forest spring. In a few minutes by car you can get to the beach in Vallecrosia, Bordighera, Sanremo. New Restaurant. All around a bird watching paradise ad many chance for a trekking, by bike or by foot. Under a wood you will discover the small water spring and have a rest or make yoga. You may also chose to help in the vineyard or collecting tomatoes or fruits... Nice! Peaceful! Private!

Artemis Apartment: Lovely apartment on the first and second floor of the villa. The 1st floor has 1 romantic bedroom with butterflies, a shower bathroom, a living room with a small kitchen, couch-bed, TV, terraces. The second level has 3 single beds and a lot of place for your children. You may ask about B&B, half pension or full pension. Lovely candle light dinner and tasteful wines. Every morning a different hot breakfast, express, tasty, international.

An Only a few minutes from Bordighera's motorway is our house, with its winegarden in a well-known climatic spa, near the small observatory of Perinaldo. Monte Carlo is 30 km away, Nizza 45 km and Sam Remo 20 km. The village and the next beach are only 10 minutes away by car. We get fresh bread every morning; the next general store is only 2 km away, near the pharmacy. The next beach in Vallecrosia is sandy and stony, with a lot of bars, restaurants and occasions to rent a windsurf or a small boot. Nice weekly markets are in Bordighera (Thursday morning) and in Ventimiglia (Friday). 'Brocante' (Antiques) is on Monday in Nizza. It is really nice, free and quiet here - away from the troubles of the coast but near to the marvellous places of the Riviera and the Cote d'Azur. It is sunny, but fresh and green. Here you may have the best dishes of Italian and Ligurian gastronomy; you can try the best Italian wines, with Sommelier. Massages, trekking and much more is possible.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For little families (2-3 people) is enough the Alcova Apartment, 50 sq. meter, one big room, with fire place beatiful and big terrace, big bathroom, kitchen, 1 double bed and eventuelly one or 2 single beds . Big families (4-8 people) need the Artemis Apartment on 2 level, 100 square meters, 3 rooms with romantic sleeping room, living with tv sofa couch and kitchen and terrace, another terrace and above 3+2 sleeping places ideal for children or older children. To the rental price we must add the charges , the heating and the final cleaning. If you stay more then a week the change of bedlinens and towels: The price of Apartment is till 4 persons. Other guest pay 5 eur per day. Charges till 4 people 75 eur per week, till 8 people 85 eur per week. Heating: 1 level 50 eur per week, 2 level 80 eur per week. Final Cleaning 1 level 70 eur, 2 level 100 eur. Change of bedlinens and towels 10 eur per person. If you wish you may get dinner or lunch or breakfast from our family. You get peace
  • Singles are welcome: we may always find an arrangement for singles. Italian slow food and Italian full immersion are possible if you get dinner with us! Tourist guides, trekking, Italian full immersion on request. For free: With a 2 weeks-stay, a tourist guide is included. With a 3 weeks stay an Italian dinner or barbecue party!
    Winter special offer: you stay 3 weeks but pay 2,5 weeks only; or you stay 4 weeks and you pay only 3.
  • Generally we wayt for guest on saturday but if it possible you may choose another day to arrive. The apartment is generally between 2 and 5 pm available and clean.If you are able to help us (landscape designers or botanist or birdwatcher, painters or workers) - you may have a gratis accommodation during the low season. As soon as possible free use for the guests of the new Jacuzzi pool (whirlpool) for 3-4 people once a day included.

Notes: You can decide to rent just the 1st floor (2-4 people) with the romantic room with butterflies, the living room (with TV and small kitchen), perhaps with e B&B accommodation only for a few days - alone or with your partner - or if you have a nice family you may decide to get all the apartment on the first floor with lot of place for the children on the second level: a nice sleeping flat. They can sleep while you watch television or have a nice dinner. The children-level under the roof (3 single beds) with lot of place where children can play without disturbing anybody, only a few steps away from you. You may decide to make your own meals or to taste best Italian dishes made by Mamma Lina or our international chef Dino.

Further Details: Naturally idyllic. Wine, olives and vegetables on a separate facility. Language school on request. Excursion bookings. Ocean, glamour, baroque or medieval culture are only a few minutes away by car. Distance from the beach: 7.000 meters. Will you have contact to us? We may eat every evening together and speak Italian. Will you stay all alone? Nobody will disturb you! Will you learn to built a small dry stonewall? Please come and do it with us! Are you birdwatcher? Please come and teach us.

Last Minute and Bed and Breakfast: Daily rent in Bed & Breakfast 25-50 Euro/person in double room. Last minute: January- March 2006 only 300 /week all included per 2 people + 50 Euro/week properson more. Why not? Eat at home but with Italian style: our seductions start by 15 Euro per person and per meal.

Other Activities: Golf in Sanremo, scuba, tennis, kite flying, full moon excursions, dolce far niente permitted, trekking by the Alps or canyoning

T. *** 'Auf der traumhaften Terrasse sind wir mit dem guten Coniglio alla Ligure und der leckeren Lasagne so oft in Versuchung geraten. Immer wieder gerne würden wir an diesen Ort gehen. Die familiäre Atmosphäre durch Cinzia und Nonna Lina, das reichhaltige und schmackhafte Essen und die wunderschöne Aussicht haben bei uns einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen.
