Recently reduced rental rates make this the best value around! Amazing location!! This condo is located slopeside in historic old town Park City. The condo features two bedrooms and two baths and sleeps four to seven guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has a full bed and a twin trundle bed which pops up to regular bed height, which can be set up anywhere. There is a full bath off of the master bedroom and the second bath has shower. The condo features a fireplace. Additional amenities of the property include cable TV, DVD, WIFI DSL internet hot spot available (Small fee to activate per week) hot tub, common parking and a common washer and dryer downstairs. The kitchen fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans and a dishwasher. Guests have access to the ski catwalk right off of the town run to within 200 paces of the condo. This short catwalk lets you ski right down to town lift. It is only a short walk of 4 blocks to Main Street

Awesome location. Hard to beat for the price! Very close to town. Just a few blocks down the hill from the lower Empire Ave driveway that leads out from the downstairs parking area. We are directly off the Creole Run on Park City Mountain Resort. Ski down Catwalk to withing one hundred paces to our parking lot. Short walk up this catwalk lets you strap on your skis and ski down to the town lift to get quickly up the mountain.
