Overall a very convenient location to PCMR and Main Street. Although it wasn't a luxury rental, the condo was clean and comfortable and the owner was very easy to work with.
The reasons for giving this property 3 stars were as follows:
1. One of the showers was not working, which was a minor inconvenience for our group.
2. There was a lack of some basic items that other homeaway rentals usually have (spices for cooking, hand soap for bathrooms, and a full roll of paper towels).
If those issues get resolved, I'd easily give it 4 stars.
Owner's Response: It's important to note that this guest did not make us aware of the shower issue until after their stay. I only wish they had let me know about the shower not working right away as I would have had our maintenance man fix it immediately for them. It has since been fixed. The other suggestion is a good one and I have talked to our maid about putting in hand soaps and paper towels as well as leaving spices in the unit. She generally removes all food items when cleaning. All guests are encouraged to leave comments as this guest did. They are helpful and appreciated as we strive to do whatever we can to make our guests comfortable.
