This is a great, affordable, family rental in the new gated community of Punta Del Mar here in Rincon! Sit back, relax and enjoy this two bedroom (plus den), two and a half bath town home with central air conditioning and plug-in broadband Internet access if you need to bring your laptop. It is just steps to a beautiful surfing beach (in the winter season) with a knee high tide pool for little ones besides the beautiful swimming pool. The home is furnished with everything you need to make your vacation memorable. There is a view of the ocean from the small balcony at the second bedroom and also from the front terrace. It is in a gated community close to local restaurants. Enjoy the wonderful pool, tennis and basketball courts if you think you want a break from the ocean! Save those hands, dish washer in the kitchen! There are two assigned parking spaces. Stay 7 nts or more and save the cleaning fee!

Excellent location on our favorite beach in Rincon. Collect beach glass as you walk along beach to restaurants, yoga classes and sandy swimming areas. Townhome is comfortable, although sparsely furnished, with all modern conveniences.
