The condo is 1,100 sqft 2-bedroom 2 full bathrooms that accommodates up to 6 people with a pull out, memory foam sofa in the living room. Make yourself at home with the gourmet kitchen and spacious setting. Lean back and enjoy listening to your favorite music on Sonos smart speakers while grilling on your own private balcony.

Perfect location and stay. We had everything we needed. The location could not have been better. The accommodations were on point and the other tenants were friendly. We had 4 adults stay and the place was just right. Minutes and steps away from everything. Thanks for a great time in Asheville!

This condominium is in excellent condition in an excellent location. The owners were extremely responsive to any and all questions or issues that came up during our six night stay. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone that wants to be in Downtown Asheville.
