This apartment is located on floor 3.
A family of four enjoyed some days in Easter in Amsterdam. The apartment was centrally located and in walking distance to most attractions. The manager was flexible on check-in time, and interested in supporting us for a great stay. Good start! We did among others Kaukenhof (tulip farm) and Anne Frank House. Tip to the last: Come 20 min before opening, then you spend only one hour in queue, not two hours or more! The apartment was clean, but could have been a bit "fresher" to get the fifth star. But we would stayed here again!
Located on the edge of the trendy Jordaan district, with its eclectic collection of boutiques, cafés and restaurants, this apartment on the Nassaukade is a perfect base from which to explore the city (and its nightlife).
The “Negen straatjes” (9 streets), home to many of Amsterdam’s exciting smaller boutiques, are just a short walk away. The Palace on Dam Square, the hectic Kalverstraat shopping street and the calm of the Vondel park are also within easy reach, either on foot, by bike or tram. Visit the tempting Lindengracht food market on a Saturday morning, or the farmers' market on the Noordermarkt. A twenty minute stroll away (or five minute tram ride) is the Museumplein, home to the Van Gogh Museum, the newly reopened Stedelijk Museum of Modern Art and the Rijksmuseum with its collection of world renowned masterworks. Something for every taste!
For those of you who want to venture a little further afield, hop on one of the many trams to take you across Amsterdam. The main train station, Central Station, is also just a short ride away.
