With four bedrooms and 3 baths, the cottage and guest house will accommodate up to eight people in luxury. The guest house is located a few steps from the main cottage and offers two additional bedrooms, each luxuriously appointed. The guest house also has a kitchenette, flat panel TV and two additional private patios.
Both houses are nestled on an approximately one half acre lot, offering total seclusion. The lot is extensively landscaped with several species of trees and flowering plants.
Overall, the houses and landscaping are truly stunning, even for Santa Barbara. They offer an idyllic setting that will be difficult to leave.
