Payment and Cancellation Policy:
After booking, by phone or by email, to maintain your reservation, we will require full payment by check or money order, including the cleaning fee, within 7 days or 3 days before your scheduled arrival, whichever is earlier. Checks or money orders should be made payable to 'Blackbourn-Manley Tamarron, LLC.'
Cancellations made before 30 days of scheduled arrival will be honored with a full refund. Any payment received prior to a cancellation made within 30 days of scheduled arrival will not be refunded.
Check In and Check Out:
Your reservation will be made at the resort as an 'Owner Friend' stay. The resort also manages rentals at Tamarron, but your payment has not been made to the resort, but rather directly to the Owner. While at Tamarron, you should be treated with the same service level and respect as an Owner. You should be accorded access to all resort privileges and facilities - Except the golf course, which is private. The rates that we charge directly are generally lower than the rates charged at the resort for a like unit.
Check in time at Tamarron is 4:00 pm at the front desk located in the main lodge. Check out time is 11:00 am also in the main lodge. Upon checkout, do NOT pay a cleaning fee, as we will have already collected it from you.
Our Second Home:
This Tamarron condominium is the second home for two Arizona families that spend several weeks per year in the Durango area. We purchased the unit in 2003 and totally renovated over 12 months with great care. We thank you in advance for treating this home as you would your own. Should there be any apparent maintenance issues upon your arrival, please feel free to phone Kelley or phone TACO (association maintenance) directly.
