September 1, 2008 thru May 21, 2009 - $120 per night weekday & $150 per night weekend. Two-night minimum.
May 22 – July 2, 2009 $135 weekday, $165 weekend per night & 2 night minimum.
July-August is 5 night stays with check in on Sunday for $750 OR 2 nights Friday & Saturday for $360 OR reserve a full week for $1,100.

Request a copy of the contract for property & house rules. We have a peaceful & quiet neighborhood and plan to keep it this way. This is a newer home; we want to keep it looking this way. -
Add 10.4% tax to rental amount.
Add a refundable Security/Damage Deposit of $200, and Signed Rental contract.
Half Payment, deposit, & contract due up front at time of booking. Full payment must be received by owner 1 month prior to check in or risk loosing your reservation.
Canceling of reservations must be 30 days prior for a full refund. Less than 30 days notice will be subject to loss of full payment unless cabin can be rented during the same time, more restrictions apply.

***$6.00 fee for a 3-day boat/watercraft launch pass will be charged that is non-refundable. Only one will be issued for each three days.***
Call Tacoma Power for Lake Levels, 253-502-8690 option 3. Lake is full at 738 feet.
Owners will provide only one vehicle park pass. This is to cut down on congestion during peak season.

(We supply many things for those who may forget to bring something.)

HOT TUB: Cabin & hot tub are situated on double lot viewing greenbelt. Deck railing lights and palm tree can be enjoyed while soaking in the hot tub. There is lots of privacy. We are the only cabin on this street.
PRIVATE COMMUNITY PARK: The views of the mountains at the private community park are breath taking. Come visit us and find out for yourself. Note: A $6.00 per day fee will be charge for boat launch.
GUEST COMMENT: What a find! This cabin is definitely a treasure! Tons of amenities! We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, horseshoes, the well stocked kitchen, the movies and the games. Guest Book: The cabin was everything the Nunn's said it would be and more. All the amenities you could ever want in the kitchen, toys for the kids, a hot tub and a beautiful setting... A good chance to escape from our regular lives and relax. The hot tub was an excellent accomodation, as was everything else that comes to mind of our stay.
