Loiza Vacation Rental condo

The third floor has three bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and large balcony. The condo is elaborately decorated with signed paintings, and expensive furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for eight. The penthouse which is on the 4th floor has panoramic ocean views, has a wet bar, full bath, serving bar, Sofabed, DirecTV, barbeque grill, lounge chairs, barstools, cocktail tables and chairs. Up to 30 guests can be entertained for cocktails.

The Ocean Point complex has three (3) swimming pools, Kiddie Park, Basketball, volleyball, tennis, a semi-private beach and an exercise room. We are located 13 miles from Louis Munoz International Airport, in the historic town of Loiza. The Airport is 1/2 mile from Isla Verde where there are various five star hotels, casinos etc. From the airport follow route 187 through Isla Verde, through the scenic town of Pinones passing the Kiosks with rare native cooking to Loiza for apprx 14 miles. Left turn when road dead ends and follow 187 towards Rio Grande for 3/4 mile. Ocean Point entrance is on the left.

Ocean Point is a gated and 24hr guarded community. No pets of any kind or any size are allowed. No smoking is allowed except on the third floor balcony and the fourth floor penthouse. As a guest of the Beachfront Penthouse Condo, you have VIP status at AAA Car Rental Inc., which means discounts on car rentals.
