Close to upscale Shopping and Dining at the beautiful La Encantada Mall. Outdoor activities include, Biking and Hiking at Sabino Canyon, Finger Rock or Pima Canyon, all in close proximity as well as a variety of exceptional Golf Courses. The community has a Pool which is heated from May to November and is only a short walk away. Home features a Large Master Suite with King size brass bed, cable TV and private bath. The Second bedroom has a Queen size bed and adjacent bath, Den with desk, Highspeed Wireless Internet & printer. Unlimited long-distance within the U.S. The living room has a cozy corner Beehive Fireplace which can also be enjoyed from the Dining area. The Kitchen is Fully Equipped with newer appliances, washer and dryer included, 2 car attached garage.
