Renovated in the summer of 2005, this immaculate beachfront condo is located on the 10th floor of one of South Padre Island's most popular resorts. Saida III offers all the amenities you would expect at a top resort destination. Relax at one of the three pools, have a drink at the pool-side bar (open seasonally), play tennis on one of four courts, or enjoy a day in the surf. Our one bedroom, two full bath 1,000 square foot condominium offers a king-size bed in the large bedroom and a sleeper sofa with a commercial mechanism and premium mattress. Our inviting 200 square foot balcony has amazing views and a new, complete patio furniture set. Our unit includes a completely furnished kitchen with new appliances, new flooring and cabinets throughout. The den includes a large flat-screen television with DVD/VHS/CD player. Enjoy the many attractions in the area including Schlitterbahn Waterpark, fishing, shopping, golfing, and numerous water sports.

  • $690.00 - $1,230.00/week, Fourth night free for rentals starting on Sunday, except for Holiday Weeks
  • Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds for shortened stays. Advance Deposit is refundable 30-days prior to arrival date less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Full deposit is forfeited if cancelled within 30-days of arrival. Once an advance deposit has been placed for December, January, February, or March reservation, it will become Non-Refundable, no exception.
  • Check-in is at Island Services , 1700 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597. Island Services office hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM in Spring and Summer and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Fall and Winter. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-Out is by 10:00 AM. Lat check-outs are subject to pay 1/2 days rent.
