Completely updated and newly decorated 1st floor condo with breathtaking views of San Carlos Bay, accommodates four comfortably. Fully furnished and equipped for most vacationing and entertaining needs, and generally has a supply of fishing poles, tennis rackets, lawn chairs, books, and DVD library. There is a new 46' Sony HD TV in the great room, and a smaller HDTV in the bedroom. In unit washer/dryer. All new furniture and appliances. The Master bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed. The glass lanai allows for easy access to the lawn and boardwalk for close up views of the Bay, boats and dolphins. Beautiful Mariner Pointe is also located on a direct access canal and offers docking for an additional fee. After a game of tennis or a round of golf cool off with a swim in one of the two pools, then stroll over to the private fishing pier and catch dinner (no license required), and Gas grills are 15 steps from the front door!

Perfect Place Right on the Bay

We had a great trip! This place was perfect... Bay on one side and pool on the other. We used the grill often - very convenient. Rented bikes at Billy's for the week. We rode bikes and kayaked at Taron Bay, and really enjoyed it. Went shelling several places, but our best highlights were right here watching the dolphins and manatees right from the unit. Great time!
