This property is pure romance; shower off in the hot tropical rain forest shower amongst the palms under the avocado trees.
The beach is 3 blocks straight down D street with 50 steps down to the beach unless you go 1 block north to moonlight beach. There is an easy paved path which is just a 10 minute walk and offers lots of shops, bars, and restaurants that your heart can desire. There are also bike shops, surf shops, food theatre, and live music Martini Ranch only 100 or less yards away!
Within you will find vaulted seasoned lumber beams, granite counters and a brand new kitchen with the sea shell chandelier. Walk barefoot on the smooth blonde bamboo floors, and relax on the plush sea grass sectional couch watching Direct TV on your plasma screen television. Pamper yourself in the gorgeous top of the line bathroom with flagstone floors and tumbled marble walls and floating glass shower doors.
There is also a detached 'poets' cottage perfect for the honeymoon couple if sharing with another couple or a wonderful place to take an afternoon nap after a day at the beach and fall asleep listening to the relaxing sound of the many waterfalls and fountains on the lush grounds.
Walk to downtown Encinitas with all of its new shops, restaurants, bars, parks, train depot and beaches. While you're there have a handcrafted custom surfboard shaped by our personal friend Jeff 'Rat' Bautista. Or just use one of our surfboards during your stay and ride one of the strand cruiser bikes down to the beach and live the California dream at the Pineapple Beach House in gorgeous Encinitas California.
This property sleeps 7 and has an Earthlink Internet dial up account provided by us in your check in instructions, but you need to bring your own laptop.
