Description of the Truckee vacation house rental
Beautiful, newer Tahoe Donner vacation home located in a private forest setting with flat driveway access. A great area for the kids to play!
Our fully equipped home has two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and down comforters. The downstairs bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, toys and games for the kids. The downstairs family room has a double futon, an additional TV, VCR, and DVD. Upstairs there is also a Queen sofa-bed in the living room. The dining table seats eight, plus we have a bar counter with three chairs. There are two gas fireplaces and central gas heating. We have a large back deck with quality furniture and a new gas BBQ (summer only). High speed internet access is provided.
Tahoe Donner amenities include, an 18-hole championship golf course, equestrian center, ski resort, tennis center, kids park, Donner Lake beach club, gym, pools, hot tubs, Sauna and steam room.
The house is located within walking distance of the golf course and the new Lodge Restaurant.

Notes:
There is a jacuzzi tub in the master (reg. tub size) and a community heated pool, hot tubs and gym all year (1 mile away). Guest's must pay a daily use fee to use the Tahoe Donner facilities. In winter there is a small downhill ski area and a 120K cross country ski are as well as a large sled hill for the kids. In summer there are two golf courses, driving range, equestrian center, two large pool facilities, beach dock and marina on Donner Lake (3 miles) and an 11 court tennis center.
