Awesome Home - A Beautiful Home away From Home!!!!

My husband & I stayed here during a very difficult time in our lives (my husband's baby brother was very sick & has since passed away). We needed a place to stay that was close by & this home was in the perfect location. The owner was super is working with us to get us into his property even on the short notice that I had given him. I can certianly see myself living in a home like that once we retire & move to Arizona. The house is totally awesome - beautifully decorated inside & landscaped wonderfully on the outside. My husband & I would recommend this property to anyone. Like I said it is an awesome home away from home.

MLB spring training getaway

We were 4 middle age guys looking to escape the Wisconsin winter and catch some spring training baseball, and a day trip to Sedona.

This home exceeded our expectations. The home was spacious, new, and clean. Its located in a quiet, well maintained neighborhood. Grocery stores and lots of chain restaurants nearby, however independently owned restaurants and bars could not be found in the immediate vicinity. Nice 3.7 mile run to south mountain down 43rd St.

If you want a great value look no further.

Excellent Property

This was my 3rd time staying at this property and it has always been in excellent condition. It's in a newer subdivision with easy access to major highways for getting around the Phoenix area and close to the airport. The last time we took 6 and still had plenty of room for everyone and enjoyed our stay. I would rent this property again for future trips and recommend it to others.

This was our first HomeAway from home rental and it was everything they said it would be. It was a hassle-free transaction in a safe and quiet location, with a nice newer home with reasonable rates. It was located 15 - 20 minutes from all that we wanted to do. We would definitely rent from again and highly recommend this rental.

Home is in nice subdivision and is very clean/well kept (almost new). Grounds are in excellent condition as well.

We rented this home in 2007, again in 2008, and will rent again if the opportunity presents itself.
