Perfect holiday apartment

This studio apartment is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need on holiday - comfy bed, futon, air con, hot shower, towels, kitchen, tvs, iron, laundry facilities, beach chairs...the list is endless! And the best part is, it is only 1 short block from the beach and ocean drive. All shops, restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. The owner, Donovan, was a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful. I would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to holiday in south beach.
Owner's Response: This is exactly why we work as hard as we do. We want to help our guests have the most enjoyable time on South while staying at the 'Beachpad'.

The Ritz is a five star.

I had already been given great reviews by a friend of mine. Seeing this property was an understatement!!! The pictures are EXACTLY what you will get. The place was spotless and smelled great. Donovan was friendly & helpfull. A little noise outside at nite.....but that's to be excepted, your in South Beach!!! I will never stay at another hotel AGAIN!!! As Donovan calls it a 5 heart not 5 star.........I TOTALLY AGREE. WILL TELL EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!

Enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and had everything you could think of as far as amenities. Close to all the attractions on South Beach and right next to the beach. Donovan was great to work with and i would definitely recommend the condo to anyone.

Donovan was fantastic! The place was perfect! Location was amazing! It was a fabulous experience.
This place has anything you can ask for...from menus and beach equiptment to umbrellas in case it rains.
It was close to everything, it was very clean and the perfect space for a couple looking for a get-away :)
I have been telling all my friends about the "Beach Pad" hope to go back sometime in the near future :)
So many places to eat...our favorite for sushi is Sushi Saigon on Washington and 11th

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in the right spot! We loved the location. Everything is so close by- the beach, the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

The studio was cozy, and we felt right at home. We enjoyed going up to the rooftop overlooking the beach and having coffee in the morning. There's a great breeze up there.

The studio is both very clean and and well maintained. I would definately go back again at the next opportunity I have. The owners were also a pleasure to deal with, making the experience a great one!
