Whether your trip is that Disney family holiday, or you are looking for a cool, spacious and comfortable vacation villa for the family to enjoy while you attend a convention at the Orlando Convention Center, this is the perfect place. Go to Disney's Magic Kingdom in the cool morning, and then a short trip back to the house to let the kids enjoy the hot afternoon in your own private swimming pool, while you fix a relaxing lunch (for a fraction of Disney food prices), even a barbecue on our free-to-use gas grill. Take drinks on the patio, before perhaps returning to the park to enjoy the fireworks. Imagine waking up to an early cup of coffee (coffee maker provided), and sitting on your pool patio in 60-70 degree weather in middle of Winter, as you watch the sun come up, knowing it's snowing at home.

It's an easy 30-minute drive from Orlando Airport (Sanford is about an hour, but just as easy), only 20 minutes from the huge Orlando Convention Center, just 15 minutes from Disney World, and 20 minutes from Universal Studios, and Sea World. You'll only be one hour from beautiful Florida Space Coast beaches and Cape Canaveral! And in the other direction, Tampa, Busch Gardens and the elegant Gulf Coast resorts are just over the hour away

We have free unlimited wireless broadband, so bring your laptop or notebook, log on or plug in, and all the family can keep up with their e-mail. We also offer free and unlimited local and Long Distance calls to the US and Canada. Other amenities include a DVD player, a CD player, a VCR, digital cable TV (standard cable in bedrooms), and a PlayStation 2® with games. This home is beautifully maintained, and comes with all appliances, linens, and kitchenware (incl. towels and drinkware for the pool). Gas grill. Kissimmee has a great year-round climate, and the area has lots of opportunities for golfing of all standards, tennis, fishing, water sports, and other outdoor leisure activities.

Or if you simply feel the need to relax, go for it -- grab a book from our library, chill out by the pool, and just take it easy!

We very much appreciate our guests who have little children who want to share the whole experience. We have a fully-assembled crib (with mattress and cover of course, please bring the linen that your little one prefers) as well as a Pak'n Play; There is a baby gate at the top the stairs and pool safety fence (demountable, at _your_ responsibility).

We had six family members, all adults staying at this home for a week. We were very happy with this house. It was larger than it looked like on the internet, well maintained and everyone enjoyed having their own ensuite. The house was extremely well equiped and it was wonderful jumping into the pool everyday. We would return and would be happy to recommend this house.

My youngest daughter wanted to go to Disney for her 16th birthday present. We decided on renting a house instead of going to a hotel because we would have needed four rooms and that was too expensive. The rental was just what we needed. It felt like home and every day as we left a theme park we experienced that going home feeling. It was nice to be able to cook what we wanted when we wanted and be able to have movie time with snacks and then a late nite dip in the pool if we wanted. There were 9 adults (my four children, 2 of my daughters friends and one son in law) and my 2 grand-daughters who are both 1 year old. Even though the little ones won't remember anything from this trip, my husband and I will never forget their faces as they experienced the magic of Disney and all the characters. The house was roomy enough for all of us and having the 4 1/2 bathrooms was a bonus! No fighting for time in the shower! Speaking of which, we never ran out of hot water! What a miracle that was in itself. We all look forward to having the babies get a bit older and visiting Disney again and being able to rent the house once more! The proximity to all the attractions and having a clean, neat home meant the world to all of us. I can't stop talking about the property to all my friends.
