'Robin's Roost' is a beautifully custom-designed, wood house with spacious vaulted ceiling and huge windows giving spectacular views of the legendary hoodoos. This property is part of the Dutch Creek community with community swimming pool & tennis courts 200 yards away. All of this is less than two miles from Fairmont Hot Springs with its mineral hot pools and golf courses. The property has a garden and a wraparound deck with a new hot tub and BBQ. The property also has a spacious game room with a four by eight foot pool table. This room also has a queen sofa bed. The house has a spacious, open plan kitchen/dining/living room with beautiful hardwood floors, wood-burning stove, and new modern, comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is well-equipped for the discerning gourmet cook. There is a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, two further bedrooms and separate full bathroom and half bathroom. The large laundry/mud room is great for storing sports equipment.
