This is a gorgeous, immaculate oceanfront home with large modern kitchen, and a large ocean view great room. All bedrooms have ocean view with direct access to the oceanfront deck. Our outside shower has hot water. Cental A/C and cable tv, full laundry facility. We are only 3 miles north of the Exuma airport and 5 miles from Sandals Resort. Even Better Than We Imagined

My girlfriend and I stayed at this home for a week in August. We had a great time! The description "Beautiful oceanfront home with gorgeous sandy beach" couldn't be more accurate.

Exuma Island and this property are even more beautiful than the pictures show. The house is very spacious and clean. Fred and Lynn are more than accommodating, and made us feel literally right at home. They are very kind and take great care of the property. They were always willing to give advice and help us have a wonderful experience.

Vacation rental houses are the way to go, and this is a perfect spot for a getaway in paradise. The deck on the beach is great, and the water and sand are amazing!

The Bahamian people were very nice and eager to show us a good time. This was an amazing vacation and I suggest this property and Exuma Island to anyone of any age. Whether you want to explore beaches, snorkel, and be active - or just relax and soak up some sun, this is the place to do it.

Batteries Recharged!

This home has everything you need and more! It was truly a wonderful deal for the amenities included. The owners, Fred and Lynn, are down the road and could not have been more hospitable! This home is clean, cute and spacious enough for our active little girls to play, when we weren't out on the beach - which was just steps away. The thatched roofed deck that overlooked the beach was the perfect, breezy spot to relax and look over the water. Located centrally - the home sits between town and the marina, where we kept our boat. The beach was gorgeous and quiet. We enjoyed snorkeling and shelling there, and we highly recommend renting a boat to snorkel, fish and explore the other nearby islands. Starfish, Conch and unusual sea life abound! One of our favorite days here was spent taking the ferry to the "Chat N Chill" on Stocking Island, where we enjoyed fresh conch salad (made in front of us) and feeding the stingrays, which are a popular local attraction. We would definitely recommend Lynn and Fred's vacation rental and look forward to visiting there again someday!

Great Times and Great Place

We really enjoyed our time on Great Exuma and Fred and Lynn made it all the better. The house was very well kept and all was in good order. Clean and in good repair. It was very nice.

The amenities, cooking utensils, linens, etc. were all very well kept and in good supply. What can I say about the location.............Great, Fantastic & Breathtaking.

The pictures on the site really don't do it justice. I can tell you we didn't want to come back.

I would HIGHLY recommend Fred and Lynn's place to everyone.

Thanks to both of them for making our stay the best.

Simply Put: A Great Vacation

My family and I enjoyed 10 days at this beach front property. Fred and Lynn (owners) were fantastic and more than accommodating- They were available to us if needed and always helpful and willing to give us advice on enjoying the island. The property is well kept and certainly a great retreat for the price. We enjoyed many days right on the beach of the property: Skim boarding, fishing by handline, shell collecting, fire building, snorkeling, and relaxing.

The property is a few miles away from Georgetown, but there is gas and convenience stores within 10 minutes of the property so a trip to the Exuma Market is not always warranted.

There were so many pro's, but if there was one con it would be a matter of preference- My wife likes a softer mattress. I enjoyed the level of firmness of the master bedroom.

Fred and Lynn- Thanks again for your hospitality and hopefully our paths will cross again on the islands. We wish you both well and safe travels!
