Description of the South Lake Tahoe vacation house rental

Spend your Vacation or your Weekend in South Lake Tahoe in this four bedroom home. The house is close to the lake, casinos, several ski areas, shopping, restaurants and a private beach access entrance is three quarters of a mile from the house. This large, 1800 square foot home sleeps nine in the four bedrooms. There is a large family room upstairs that can sleep an additional three or more people. This is a great family vacation rental. There are games for kids to play, the back yard is fenced in, and all activities are close by. Portable crib available. In addition to the rates listed, there is a $150 refundable security deposit. You have a choice if you want to clean the house yourself or have it cleaned by the housekeeper. If you prefer not to clean the house yourself when you leave, add an additional fee of $150.00. Taxes, hot tub cleaning fee, and some supplies are included in the price. An extra refundable cleaning deposit of $50.00 is required if you bring your dog
