VHR# 000620 Our spacious 1800 square foot home with AC is less than 1 mile from beach access. The access point is only 3/4 miles away! It's also a short drive to local beaches, restaurants, casino's, ski resorts. Our house comes fully furnished and comfortably sleeps 12 people. The Master bedroom has a King size bed. Guestroom 1 has a Queen bed, guestroom 2 has a Full bed, and Guestroom 3 has twin beds. The Game Room is contains an pool table, flat screen TV (HDTV), DVD,bo and board games. Our South Lake Tahoe Home is also equipped with Wireless internet Access and phone access. Bedding is provided. Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom downstairs. Outside, we have a Hot Tub, a BBQ (charcoal), wood deck, and plenty of seating. We also have a porch and balcony. The pourches are located in the front of the property. VHR#000620 Nestled in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, the beautiful South Lake Tahoe area makes for amazing ski conditions in the winter. Bring or rent a car because Heavenly and Sierra at Tahoe resorts are short drives from the house. Kirkwood is approximately 45 minutes from the house. Each ski resort has trails ranging from beginner to expert. Kirkwood has activates ranging from Rock Climbing to Dog Sled Rides. In the summer, Heavenly Adventure Peak ahs a zip line ride down the mountain. Pope and Regan beaches are 3 miles from the house. There is also a beach access 3/4 of a mile from the house. For a family day at Lake Tahoe try: fishing, sailing, jet skiing, or water skiing. In South Lake Tahoe there are casinos, golf courses, and Restaurants. The Mont Bleu Casino and Resort has a spa, casino and live shows. The Horizon Casino Resort has a kid-friendly arcade, movie theaters, and live music. Our Lake Tahoe Home is 80 miles from Yosemite and 100 miles from Sacramento.

This house is great for a boys trip. Perfect for a weekend mountain bike trip because of the huge garage. House has enough on site which limits the need to leave for entertainment.

Great place for the price

House was very spacious. Nice backyard. But I would bring your own BBQ. The bed situation was nice for a larger group, but I wouldn't recommend adults sleeping on the pull out couch, not very comfortable. Good location in a nice neighborhood. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: The BBQ was replaced in August of 2011 with a brand new larger BBQ.

Perfect House for Any Group

This house is the perfect place for any group planning on heading up to South Lake Tahoe. We were a group that rented the house out as a Ski Lease for the 2009-2010 season. We spent 5 months in the house and have nothing but good things to say about it. The place is very comfortable, has a great fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our dogs, and has all the amenities you would expect from house in Tahoe and more. Its got a hot tub, ping pong, foosball and two living room areas with plenty of space for any group. It also is in a great location. Its close to stores, restaurants and the lake but its on a quiet street and its not too far into town which saves some driving time. Also Irma is great to work with. She takes great care of her home and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
