Free Suntan with This Pool Villa Close Attractions Yet Quiet

Hello and thank you for choosing to read about our villa. We have owned it since 1999 when after visiting Florida over several years we decided that the lifestyle and climate were our favourite combination. We wanted a villa in easy reach of the parks but peaceful when just wishing to chill out. When we saw this one the location was perfect and a little different with the galleried stairs and open rear garden (not backing straight onto another villa) and a small development compared with many others.

Only 25 minutes from Orlando airport. Also located close to all the parks, not just the Magic Kingdom, and this is one of the most common comments in our guest book! If you decide to stay, then don't be surprised to see the Sheriff's car parked next door, he lives there! It is apparently usual practise to bring their cars home and obviously a good deterrent!

Only just off highway 192 (the main drag between Kissimmee itself and the Old Town near Interstate 4). On the 192 there is a huge choice of restaurants, shops and entertainment. Plus easy access to the main routes either East to Kennedy Space Centre or West to Tampa and Busch Gardens.

We continuously update the villa to ensure it is as we would expect if we were renting. We also include the little things which are sometimes charged extra like a baby cot and highchair, computer with Internet access etc. Most recent updates are; a home cinema TV/DVD system with surround sound system and a rear patio which is useful in the winter months when the weather is cooler or just to enjoy a BBQ.

As our home, so you should find everything you would expect. Just bring your summer clothes! However we do welcome your comments too, as this is useful for us to know if there is anything we haven t thought of and would be good to include.

Our management company is also very good and always available to help, whether it be how to work the waste disposal, something not working or where to find the local Doctor.

Don t forget Florida isn't just Disney! There are National parks, Natural springs, White sand beaches, Daytona raceway and large selection of Golf courses all within a short drive. How about a day at Gatorland or Dinosaur land (150 life-sized dinosaur s) for something different, or maybe take an airboat ride Gator spotting on the swamps?
