Find a place that not only accommodates your entire family but allows enough space for all to be comfortable. New to the home is the theater surround sound - located downstairs, bring your favorite movies! Come to 'The Lake House' and play all day. Swimming or boating on the lake from your own dock or picnicking on the lawn by the waters edge, with over 115 feet of waterfront. The informal garden outside invites you for a leisurely stroll down to the dock, by following the gentle path through the various shade trees. The path also has benches and lush flowering bushes to enjoy. Evenings can be spent relaxing by a fire in the fireplace or downstairs in the den and game room, with the wood stove. The bedrooms invite deep sleep, while the loft offers window benches to curl up in and read your favorite book while overlooking the lake.

Just around the corner is Saunders/Parkway Marina where you can enjoy everything from fireworks on the 4th of July to walking to your wedding! Also close by is Smith Mountain Lake State Park with its sandy swimming beach, hiking trails and many other recreational facilities. The oversized bedrooms offer a king on the main level, a day bed that converts to a king bed or two twins in the downstairs bedroom. A full bed in one bedroom and two twins in another bedroom upstairs complete the sleeping arrangemnts, with the exception of the sleeper couch which is downstairs. However choosing to leave that gorgeous view from your deck may be the hardest decision you have to make here. Look forward to fall, with a spectacular panorama of autumn colors.
