The holiday home is ideal for the whole family. It has direct access to the pool 20m x 7m (with children section). The residential complex is very quiet despite pool in summer. You have nothing to worry about because of large noise. a large terrace in front of the house. A glass of good Spanish wine, you can enjoy here. Plenty of seating and deck furniture. The beach is only 600m away. In the house is accessed by the large and cozy conservatory. The living room has a seating area and a flat-screen TV with satellite Tv. Also air conditioning and marble panel heater for the cold season. Adjacent is bred in the American style open kitchen is very well equipped. Dishwasher is also available. Two bedrooms are on the lower part of the house and a bathroom with bathtub.

One bedroom also has air conditioning. In the patio (courtyard) is a utility room with washing machine and drying facilities. Even a small sitting area invites you to linger. Back to top studio of the house and the roof terrace is also obtained by the patio. There is a large bedroom with 2 beds and flat screen TV (satellite TV) and a shower room. Thus, six people have plenty of room in the property. Before the house there are almost all day sun. A small private (only accessible with a key) leads to the street (Avenida del Boticari) where you can park your car. And through this gate you come back to the house and pool area. Shopping facilities are nearby and within walking distance. Also Restaurantes and a sports center is within walking distance. A quiet residential area but very central. A kiosk with seating and tables outside also invites you to linger. For a delicious coffee or cool drink for refreshment. while a newspaper and a baguette for breakfast and the day can begin. Also you can buy fresh bread every morning.

The holiday home is situated in a popular residential complex with a restaurant and kiosk (in summer). There is every morning fresh baguette and bread and a daily newspaper. A supermarket is within walking distance in minutes. Is about 400m from the beach. There is also a first-aid station and a beach volleyball court. Along the coastal road Las marinas can be beautiful bike ride on the trails it created the right and left of the road. Up to Denia you can drive. But numerous other recreational opportunities the Costa Blanca. and also in the hinterland there is still much to discover.
