About Tim and Tracey Jessilonis
We are a family of four living in Pasadena, Md. We have two adult children, 23 and 26 yrs of age.
We have always loved Ocean City, Md. We previously owned a place from 1996-2003 and sold it. Ever since then we wanted another place down there.
Tim and Tracey Jessilonis purchased this townhome in 2008
Why Tim and Tracey Jessilonis chose West Ocean City
We chose the location of West Ocean City for a number of reasons. First of all, we realized that we spent a significant amount of time in the restaurants and marinas in West Ocean City. Since we enjoy that area so much, we might as well live there.
It's nice to be outside the hustle and bustle of the peninsula, yet close enough to get there in just a few minutes since we are located just outside of it right near the inlet.
What makes this townhome unique
From the upper level, we have a nice view of the landscape of the Ocean City peninsula.
There is easy, uncrowded access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
We have a pool at our community and there is a small beach at the end of Old Bridge Rd. that sits right on the inlet. A nice beach to avoid the crowds.
