Photos and Description of the Tahoe City vacation house rental 6 bedrooms incl. dorm room, 3 full baths, sleeps up to 22

This is the perfect location in Dollar Point for groups and family get-togethers. It is a central north shore location, only 15 minutes from Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood. There are five bedrooms with king or queen beds, and a sixth huge bedroom with a beautiful maple pool table, entertainment center, and dormitory-style sleeping for seven (five twins and one queen). There is one handicap-enabled bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There is a huge, fenced backyard (great for dogs) with a brand-new hot tub (for nine). Winter access is easy with a spacious, two-car garage plus additional flat driveway parking. It is easily accessible from the highway; four-wheel drive is not required. This home is located only two miles from charming Tahoe City, with great restaurants and shopping. Note: We will accept one night (or more) rentals where there are mid-week openings. This is a great location for business meetings and retreats!

Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area is up the road, where you can ski with your dog! Didn't finish that work project? Bring your laptop and log on to our wireless high speed internet and laser printer. There is also a fax and copy machine on site. In the summer, guests will have full access to a private, sandy beach. The house is three doors from a private, heated, Olympic pool in beautiful park setting, which also includes four professional-quality tennis courts (there are another two courts down at the beach!).

We had 8 adults & 6 children at our stay here and the home fit us very comfortably. The home was very neat upon our arrival with a kitchen that was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc. Also, the amount of towels were excellent.

The pre-heated jacuzzi, right out of the back door was well used & greatly appreciated by all. The dorm room upstairs which includes the pool table & tv with all the videos was especailly appreciated by the 4 boys who stayed up there on this trip.

The location is only a quick 2 1/2 miles from Tahoe City, Safeway and restaraunts. Very convenient.

The owners were quick to respond to all my e-mails & phone calls prior to staying there and upon arrival the satellite dish for the TV was broken. They immediately contacted the satellite TV company and had the problem fixed quickly.

Everyone on our trip was pleased with this home and would recommend this home to others.

Marshall's Place was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty of space for everyone!
We enjoyed the pool table & spa. Wireless internet was GREATLY appreciated. The outdoor dining set-up (and gas grill) were much appreciated and used every day. The 2 A/V systems were a big plus for keeping the kids happy. A wonderful get-away!

This is a great place!

We were a large group, nearly at capacity. We found a clean, organized, beautiful home. Common rooms were large and inviting. Bedrooms were good-sized. With 3 bathrooms, there was no waiting. The back yard is large enough to play group games in, with a huge, outside table comfortably seating 14-16. The kitchen was so well-equipped that we lacked nothing. The owners were very fair and a pleasure to deal with. Plenty of parking for everyone. The nearby pool/tennis complex was great and really close. The beach was a bit of a hike, but nice enough.
