CASA AZURE is a 5 minute drive to shopping, restaurants boat rentals and ferries to other islands. Fun things to do in the Virgin Islands: There are a number of Casinos on St. Thomas that are nearby. You are a short walk to Blue Beard's White Sand beach at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. All beaches are public. You can rent Hobie Cats and Ocean Kayaks at the Ritz and cruise Great Bay at The Ritz Carlton Hotel. You are a 5 minute drive from Red Hook and restaurants, stores, bars and the ferries to St. John and the BVI's. There is also American Yacht Harbor at Red Hook where you can rent fishing and cruising boats. St. John has horse back riding at Carolina Corral. Most of St. John is National Park with hiking trails and sugar mill ruins. There are a number of great restaurants on St. John. Mahogany Run golf course on St. Thomas is 20 minutes from the villa. It is a very challenging 18 hole course. Several of the shots are over water. The Marlin fishing in July and August is the best in the world! if you enjoy Marlin fishing this is the place! Winter fishing includes Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi and King Fish. The scuba diving and sailing is world class.

Weddings: We have many guests that come to St. Thomas for weddings. Casa Azure is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from Ritz Carlton Hotel. Casa Azure has a large lower pool deck which is ideal for a small wedding. We have a wedding coordinator and that has done over 300 weddings on St. Thomas.

We have had some guests that have rented large catamarans for their wedding at sea or on a remote island white sand beach. Good friends were married on Sandy Cay in the BVI. Sandy Cay is a small island off Jost Van Dyke and has huge white sand beaches.

Family Reunions: Casa Azure and several other NEARBY water front villas are great for family reunions. We have had up to 28 people at Casa Azure and another nearby villa for family reunions. You are a short walk to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and their beautiful White Sand Beaches! The Ritz also has three restaurants and several bars. The Ritz also has rental Hobie Cats, Paddle boats and Ocean Kayaks. They also offer sailing, scuba, kite boarding and wind surfer lessons.You can rent snorkeling gear at the Ritz. We recommend See and Ski for power boat rentals in nearby Red Hook. Call Mattis at 340 775-6265. If you feel like a day sail or sunset sail the Ritz has the 53 foot cat, Lady Lindsey that goes out almost every day or call Carol and Ron who own 53 foot Alaunt. Alaunt does private day sails. The landscaping at the Ritz is beautiful! We enjoy walking from Casa Azure through the Ritz and back in the morning. It takes 30-40 minutes.
