A beautiful 2672 square foot home perched 100+ ft above sea level in a quiet neighborhood. Located on the oceanside of Truro, it's only 5 minutes to many beaches and a minute to local shops (deli, liquor, seafood, produce, pizza & ice cream). Minutes to restaurants and 10 min. to P-town. Built with vacation in mind, this designer decorated interior is full of wicker to be beach comfortable. Central AC is a great plus! Start your morning with coffee on the deck, then head to the beach, biking, shopping etc. Return home to cool off in the outdoor shower, then relax at the bar in the screen porch. This is also a great place to enjoy the sunset! The main level has an open floor plan. Large, fully applianced kitchen & breakfast bar open into the dining room. The family room is complete with see thru fireplace, game table and chairs, step down into the new addition with comfy seating, 50' flat screen and a gorgeous new bar! Upstairs has 4 lovely bedrooms, 2 queen, 2 twins & 2 full baths

Loki has a great central location! Minutes to the beaches, literally a minute to a group of shops including a deli, liquor store, fresh produce, seafood, and ice cream! about 10 minutes to downtown P'town with all it's shopping, galleries and restaurants. Biking, fishing, swimming, hiking, boating, shopping, people watching, you can do it all or do nothing at all!

The perfect getaway: Enjoy the sunrise with coffee on the large deck which is the full length of the house. The deck is divided into 3 sections by a screen porch with a bar...a great place to chill after a day at the beach and watch the sunset!

everything you need: The house has a big kitchen fully equipped plus lots of cabinet space and open dining room. Also a great room complete with game table, games, puzzles, books movies, for all ages. New family room addition with see thru stone fireplace, 50' flat screen tv, lots of comfy seating and a beautiful bar. Gorgeous!

relax and enjoy: Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms set up suite style and each suite has 1 full bath and 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins). Sleep in comfort with central air conditioning! Relax... rejuvenate...enjoy! This is a place you'll want to return to year after year.

Perfect Cape Vacation

The house sits atop a wooded hill nearly equidistant from Marconi and Race Point beaches. Head of the Meadow beach is even closer. Highland Links golf course is closer still--just 5 min. from bed to tee box.

The house itself is immaculate. We first stayed there in 2004 and in 2009 it remains in pristine condition. It is as if the house were built yesterday. The owners added a fabulous new great room that is perfect for entertaining.

The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. However, the fabulous fish market just around the corner will cook your lobster at no extra cost so you want to skip cooking altogether. There is also great ice cream, coffee and a decent pizza place a stone's throw away--but it is worth the extra trip into nearby Provincetown to get pizza at Spiritus on Commercial Street.

Although the house feels like a second home to us, it is worth noting that the owners keep it free from clutter and personal effects so that you do not feel like you are invading someone else's private space.

I would recommend Loki to anyone who desires a spacious retreat for a Cape getaway. If you go, take good care of it because we will be back next year.

Our Cape Cod Home Away from Home

We have been enjoying Loki for four summers. This beautiful and immaculate home has all the amenities a family needs for a relaxing vacation. The home has enough space for a family of 5 to spead out and find the perfect place to read a book, bird watch, play games , do puzzles or watch amazing sunsets. The location makes it easy to walk to the ocean or the bay, bike to our favorite beach or enjoy the shops, galleries and restaurants in P-town and Wellfleet. Last summer we rented a kayak and enjoyed exploring the coves in the bay. If you want a natural Cape Cod experience away from the crowds of Hyannis, this is the place to be!
