The condo facility itself is quiet and relatively secluded. There is, however, approx one kilometre down the beach an all inclusive resort and port facility called Port Lucaya, which boasts much activity and night life. The pool is comfortably large and is reserved for the exclusive use of the condo owners and their guests. The beach is quite large and well maintained and you will have exclusive use of the permanent parasols (Tiki) which are on site. Lounge chairs are provided, both pool side as well as on the beach, the latter being at a nominal fee of a few dollars. Essentially, what you have is a private and secluded condominium and beach, which is approximately 20 minutes walk from the larger resorts and more 'touristy' part of the Island.

We had absolutely no issues with our rental. Everything went as expected. There was plenty of information about renting and info on what you can do to protect yourself regarding your rental. It was easy and made our vacation more enjoyable! I would rent again through Home Away. As a matter of fact we are planning our trip for next year already.
