Perfect Family Vacation Wonderful Villa

We spent a week in villa #2 and had an amazing time, just wonderful vacations, very good alternative to hotel for family, really a home away from home..
Very greatful for finding this option, villa was just perfect for us with two small children and a tennager, excellent loaction on the beach in great bay close to boardwalk, shops and restaurants in Phillipsburg you could see ships coming and going everyday, Villa exceded our expectations, everything was impecable, bathrooms, rooms, kitchen very well stocked and equipped something that was great for us preparing dinner coming back from outings, breakfast and snaks for day trips. Villa has uper deck in one bedroom in front of ocean and terrace in living area, outside is pool and terrace with new lounge chairs and tables in between a half a dozen palm trees (our idea of paradise). Just perfect for relaxing in the evening, villa well eqiuiped with cable tv plenty of fans and air conditionings. Supermarket close by although we finally prefered supermarkets on French side. Jim and Gina were very kind and friendly with us and our children helping us with tips and even placing a small pool for our little Antonia.(a big hug form all of us). We had an amazing time on the island visiting almost all major beaches staying our final days in Mullet bay due to its pool like tranquil and transparent waters. We also did buterfly farm, Pinel and Anguilla (all very worth it). Villas are in an excellent location, are very pretty and private and for us gave us a perfect "home" for our family to enjoy our week in St. Marteen, our only regret is not having stayed longer.
