Gorgeous home, with views of the mountains and the Smith Mountain State Park. Gentle slope with hot-tub & fireplace! Tired of walking those steps, then come to this home. Great tranquil setting, with awesome views make this home the best place to stay on Smith Mountain Lake! Toughest decision will be which floor, or which deck, or when to get out of the hot-tub to spend your time relaxing. Covered dock with plenty of room for jet skis and boats on all sides, and decks to relax on. The water here is deep for fishing right off of your powered dock. Shallow ends make it safe as well for the toddler. This lot is an idyllic setting all year round. Enjoy watching the sunrise from the wrap-around decks, and grilling outside on the propane grill. This gorgeous home is in high command on Smith Mountain Lake due to the large space, and amenities. The home features large living, dining, family rooms, and game rooms, with pool table & foosball, all overlooking the lake on each level.

The home is open and airy with cathedral ceilings and a stone fireplace. Fish or play by day and warm up at night by the beautiful stone fireplace, with your favorite book. Bedrooms are huge with lots of closet space, and room for everyone to relax at night. The lower level contains a pool table and foosball® with an entertainment area, TV area, bathroom and refrigerator. Come and enjoy the scenery and serenity in this well maintained home nestled in the trees, with gorgeous wide water views, on a flat waterfront lot.

Get the best of both worlds, with nice and private surroundings, yet convenient to everything by boat or land!

Very nice house. Good layout. Close to water. Loft bedroom good for early riser - lots of sun through all those windows. Good selection of indoor activities - pool table, games, puzzles, books. Outside, the dock is great for swimming, although a lower swimming dock should be added. The view from the house was restricted due to the growth of the trees. Good view from the dock.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Pros:
We had a wonderful relaxing stay in this house. I would recommend anyone staying here.

The house was clean, and well equipped.

Pet Friendly

Lots of recreational diversions.

Cons:
The deck is in need of some maintenance. Splinter removal was a daily activity.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Pet-friendly, Families with Young Children
