Located on Channel Buoy Road (approximately 111th street on bay side), you’ll enjoy a short walk or bike ride to the beach, so bring your bicycles and surfboards. This spacious home includes a Florida room, family style eat in kitchen, large 25 x 30 foot deck perfect for sunbathing, reading or eating crabs, and a gated yard for children to play. Other features include: 50 inch Plasma TV, 5.1 Surround Sound, Direct TV, regulation billiard table (additional TVs: 32' LCD, 13' LCD). Also has a protected 60 foot bulkhead canal front with a 15 foot dock, so bring your boat and/or Jet Ski too! Running water and power at the dock for your convenience and a newly renovated outdoor shower behind the home. Close to: the open bay for great fishing/crabbing/water sports, beach, shopping mall, movies, grocery stores, and restaurants. Close to the World Famous Green Turtle and other great resturants. Great house

My family enjoyed the huge deck and large rooms. We had 8 adults and 3 kids aged 3-16 and there was plenty of space. I was happy to see that the wooden deck in the picture had been replaced with a composite. Overall every one enjoyed the stay. The electronic sound equipment was difficult to operate and the lighting in the sun room took some getting used to but I would recommend this house to anyone.

Wonderful Time

This house was perfect for our large family. The children (ages 12-19) especially enjoyed the pool table and the crabbing. It is so roomy, you were not bumping into each other all the time and the deck was perfect for a quiet early morning coffee time. The house was well furnished with everything you needed for cooking and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had. We would definately come back here when our whole family is making the trip together. It is a lovely home and well maintained. We took pictures of the house, inside and out, for our scrap book and will show them to our friends and tell them what a nice place this is to stay at.

Awesome family rental!

My family and I just returned from a week at the property and it was great! The fenced in yard and outside shower was awesome for little kids. The crab pots got a lot of use; nothing like fresh crabs every day! We were also able to bring and dock our sport fishing boat and got to see dolphins swim up by our boat in the bay. I hadn't been to OC MD since I was a high schooler/college student, but it was great to go back with a young family of my own!

This a great place to stay for a family vacation at the beach. In a quiet neighborhood with water access, amenities, and great location for groceries and restaurants all add up to fun and relaxation. The fenced yard without a large staircase is a great addition if you have small children.

Excellent Family Getaway

Wonderful house right on the bay. We had so much fun staying there. The house is loaded with all the amenities we needed. The beach is a quick walk away, but being right on the bay is great especially if you have jet skiis or a boat. The slip is right there! The children loved fishing off the dock and the fenced back yard really gave us piece of mind with the little ones. Our husbands were so happy with the pool table! The house has a really nice open floor plan and the dining table fit us all comfortably. The outdoor shower is a great bonus when it came to those dirty little munchkins. The pool passes were definitely used over and over again. We loved staying there and we will surely stay there again!!!
