This totally private, amazing multilevel 6 bedroom spacious home is perfect for large groups and family get-togethers. Three levels and 6,000 square feet of living space makes for a lot of privacy while enjoying a full house. Plenty for adults and kids to do.

Relax in the private roof top Jacuzzi and sun deck. Acres of gorgeous Tahoe Pines line the 10 miles of hiking trails right in your backyard. (Power Line trail) Approx 1/2 mile to Heavenly Valley, Ski Run Blvd. Also great for snowshoeing and sledding in the winter. This home stands alone and is a few minutes to downtown or a short cab ride. Beautiful Lake Tahoe is just across the way where you can enjoy all the amenities of the marina and sandy beaches.

Restaurants and grocery stores are also close by or BBQ outdoors in your covered patio. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Washer and Dryers on 2 levels.

The first Master suite hosts a large Jacuzzi tub with Shower/Sauna for after a long day. Each room is set up with plenty of sleeping area and beds. Lots of Bathrooms showers and tubs.

Beautiful, spacious home. Well equipped and well cared for by its owners. Listing is totally accurate. Plenty of space and amenities for our group of 13 adults, four different living/gaming/common spaces in the home. Ideal location for much of what South Lake Tahoe has to offer. We've been renting large homes in South Lake for 12 years and this is easily, easily the best home we've come across in this price range (and we've paid quite a bit more for quite a bit less, as well). We plan to return as soon as we are able!

our extended family absolutely adore the home! it was huge, clean, and had plenty of kitchen items to cook for a big family meal!. we have been to many tahoe home but this is the most well equipped kitchen! the place is so big that one can get away from each other for some quiet time if needed!
plus when ever the kids wanted some snow time, they just want out to the yard for snow ball fight and snow man building and could come in immediately for hot chocolate and warm fireplaces. lastly, the owners are so easy to work with, answered any questions i had immeidately! will go back to this home!

Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

The listing was absolutely accurate. THe house was close to casinos, beaches, stores. The house was also immaculate as well as exquisite! The owners were extremely helpful in getting us everything that we needed! Everything was absolutely perfect!! I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend!
