Photos and Description of the Reinerzau vacation house rental

The 4 star Hailfinger vacation home is a landmarked wooden building which stands on a hillside in the south of Germany. With its unimpeded view of valleys and mountains it is ideal for those staying alone. The house was lovingly renovated and is well furnished. There is a barbecue in the large, panoramic terrace. It is an ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding countryside. There is a lake and a reservoir about 3 kilometers from here. The house is encircled by meadows and woods. The grounds are absolutely tranquil and generously bathed by the sun – a vacation dream for kids above all. The apartment has beautiful solid wood furnishings. There is a solid wooden table with chairs and a corner bench in the common area – enough room for everybody. There is also a TV room. We have recently installed an original sauna blockhouse with its own rest area.

Reinerzau lies in the Kinzig Valley in the middle of the Black Forest. The valley which looks towards the south and is probably one of the most beautiful in the Black Forest seems to be immersed in a deep slumber. Enchanting, wooded mountain slopes and the River Kinzig which winds its way lazily through the valley reinforce this romantic aura. The very essence of the Black Forest!

  • The week leading up to New Year’s Eve is already booked. Please ask if you want to bring a pet. Additional charge 10/13 euros per person per week depending on the season. A small wooden house for 5 persons is available. 4 star house, sauna, and comfortable atmosphere. The charge for bringing a pet is 20 € per pet per week.

Notes: Table tennis available. Large terrace with barbecue in the garden and a lovely wooden corner bench as well as a large wooden table, sunshade. From the terrace you have a view of the well-designed playground located on the grounds (about 40 m away) and a kilometer-wide view of a typical Black Forest valley. The panorama and the quiet are balm for the soul. The vacation home lies in a really lovely spot. The view of the valley, the meadows behind the house and the Black Forest all spread out before you eyes. Original blockhouse sauna on the grounds. Hiking routes which start out from the house. One of the two bathrooms is generously equipped with a corner bath tub, separate shower and two wash basins; the other bathroom has 2 wash basins, a shower and WC. There is another WC. Bed linen should be brought.

Further Details: You can go on excursions to France, Switzerland or the Bodensee. Groups are welcome. Sledging (sledges available) starting out from the house. There is a floodlit ski lift in Dörfle (3 km lower down); There are more ski lifts, artificial snow pistes and a ski school – all snow lit - in Schwarzhochstrasse (25 km). We have many cross-country ski runs in the vicinity of Alpisbach/Reinerzau. There are more ski-runs between Freudenstadt and Kniebis which join up with the Schwarzwaldhochstraße and further ski runs with magnificent views of the valley.

Golf: There is a nicely situated 9 hole golf course in Alpirsbach (8 km).
