The MAIN house is three bedrooms and two baths with a lovely dock and boat access. The home sits at the end of a quiet cove on a level lot and no steep stairs to lake or dock (Elderly, handicapped) leading to a 5,000 acre crystal clean lake. If offers 1950 square feet of living space along with 300 square feet of upstairs and downstairs porches. A marina is within 1/4 mile that rents jet skis and pontoon boats along with full fuel services. You are 45 minutes from the Nascar Charlotte Motor Speedway, The 'Rock' Nascar motor speedway at Rockingham Speedway. Pinehurst golfing and many more local courses within 45 minutes of the lakehouse. Charlotte, North Carolina is within 60 minutes and Albemarle, NC within 15 minutes. If you want a break from the water sports you can indulge in world class fishing on Lake Tillery this is the best location.

My family and I have rented this wonderful home the last two summers. We plan on doing it again ! It is the perfect place to get away to for some quiet family time. Plenty of room to do what you want, inside and out. The fishing from the dock is actually quite good, and the slip provided for your boat is more than adequate. I highly reccomend this property.

My family and I rented this home for a week, and it was beautiful. The lake is literally steps away and the house is beautiful. We are already planning our next vacation. Cant wait!!!!

"The home in Lake Tillery was great! I really appreciated the service that was provided by Nick and more importantly, that my family really enjoyed themselves. The place was clean and presentable and comfortable, to say the least. It is exactly what we were looking for in a vacation! Thank you very much! We are planning to visit next year.

We had and awesome time.....

Me and my family of nine had an awesome time at this home... Nick was awesome very very hospitible.... We had lots of fun cooking on the grill... Playing the many games that are available in the house... I had 4 kids and 2 grandkids with me and they loved having the TV and radio in their room... My sister lives close by so she gave us VHS and DVD tapes and we were able to play both... And the dock off of the lake my kids loved it.... They swam in the lake every day it... they loved it.... We also loved the fact that there was soooo much land... I sat out by the lake and painted... fed the duck and my kids tanned and ran around and had a blast.... Nick and his wife.... and Kim were just a phone call away... they were there even if we just had a question... We absolutely loved our time here....We definately are planning another trip here... and let me just say that the pics above do not do the house justice.. It is HUGE and very very spacious... All nine of us felt very comfy in the home.... We just truly loved it... Thank you Nick for every thing....And I will be sure to let everyone know about this home... it was a wonderful vacation....Thanks soo much

More Than We Expected!!

This is really a great house on the lake! The flat lot is a bonus for older family members that want to go to the dock for a little fishing! We had plenty of parking for those who could only stay for the day.Our family had a great time boating, fishing, swimming and oh yeah feeding the ducks was a favorite of my 1 year old great niece. The dock was nice we had plenty of room to tie up two boats and two jet skis. The house has such big rooms. We had plenty of privacy and if you need more space the apartment is nice, my husband and I stayed over there (next to the main house) and we were quit pleased. This property is well taken care of and the owner even called to make sure all was well when we checked in, he is very friendly and easy to work with to make sure your vacation is enjoyable.If your looking for the right spot to spend a little time on the lake make sure to check it out you won't be disappointed!
