We have just added a new wooden deck off of the screened in porch to add additional space for relaxing outside. The large corner, wooded lot affords plenty of privacy while just a short walk, bicycle ride or golf cart ride to the center island beaches, tennis, dining and fitness center and a 4-5 minute ride to the championship golf courses. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and tile counter tops and adjoins a large dining room. New hardwood floors have been added in the main living areas. Hilton Head Island with its wide selection of courses is only a 45 minute drive. If tennis is your game, the Fripp Island Racquet Club has 10 tennis courts and pros available to run clinics or supervise league play.
