2BR Bayfront Vacation Rental Ocean City, Maryland USA

This is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath waterfront condominium, with private boat slip, located bay side on 53rd Street, Ocean City, Maryland. This is considered midtown Ocean City so there are hardly any high rise condos in the area and the beaches tend to be less crowded. Our condo buildings are the only ones on 53rd St. bay side so there is no through traffic. This property offers great sunsets and a spectacular view! The condo sleeps eight comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. There is also a queen pull out sofa in the living room. We have a full kitchen including a washer/dryer for your convenience. Security deposit required. You Must Be 25 Years or Older to Apply and You Must Be Present During The Entire Stay. Sorry, No Teen Or Senior Week Groups!

We stayed at this property last June and loved it. It couldn't have been more convenient to everything. The owners were wonderful and the views were amazing!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Excellent Spot for a Quick Get Away

I highly recommend this cute little condo if you are planning a small getaway with friends and family. I'm very picky and particular about where I stay, and I'm always worried that a place isn't going to be cleaned according to my liking, so take it from me, this condo was PERFECT!

Pros: CLEAN, quiet, convenient location, great view, plenty of space to stretch out, Sue is so easy to work with and everything is done in a timely manner
Cons: None

There are 32 steps to climb up to reach the front door.....so pack LIGHTLY!! :)

We just wish the weather had cooperated more, but the getaway is all of what you make of it. Sorry about
the cons of 32 steps :) but I hate to burst your bubble, it is actually 40 steps! :) Please come back

Booking with Sue is easy and she is so quick in response to everything you need.
Love Sue's condo! conveniently to places from beach to dining and shopping and night life, All activities are right on sight adding more fun to watch. Jet Ski classes performed across parking lot and we joined them in no time! We will come back again.
I would like to mention that this is the only place with plenty of paper supplies that i know of, thanks to Sue!
Owner's Response: Centrally located condo in mid-town OC. Fall is a great time of year to visit, and the Winterfest of lights will be coming up soon.Don't miss out!2012 was a great season thanks to the best tenants. Hope to see you back next year! Sue & Bill

Most Perfect Location!!!

This is a must rental! The location is absolutely perfect, Mackys is next door! and Seacrets is just 2 or so blocks, how perfect is that! Went down with 8 ladies for a bachelorette and they said they would come back and want this rental again. Owner is a pleasure to work with, answered all my annoying questions and even more. Pros- condo was very cute, clean, stocked with everything we needed, conveniently located to everything, reasonably priced

Me and my friends had a great time and would definitely go back next year!
