LOVELY NEW VACATION HOME / LOW SUMMER RATE / PET - INQUIRE

We were not actually on vacation. We needed a place to stay for two months while we shopped for a house and waited for it to close. We also had two small dogs (Westies) which made it harder to find a place furnished and ready to move in. The owner, John and his son even installed a temporary doggie door out to the back yard which was fully fenced in. We were both "surprised" by the house despite seeing the photos online. It was a very nice and comfortable house. Very clean, neat and with nice decor including 2 bedrooms, an office with WiFi for computers, and an open kitchen/living room with a counter where we ate most of the time despite there being a dining table there also. The owner and his family were most accomodating and nice to deal with. It is within a few blocks to 2 grocery stores and other stores and eating establishments. There are a couple grassy parklike areas, one behind the house and another within a half block to walk your dogs or your self to. Within easy driving to many places including a library, dog park, many restaurants and a movie theater. No problem recomending this place.

John: We really enjoyed our 2 weeks at your lovely home. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet close to baseball, golf and shopping. It is a great house for seniors (all on one level, large rooms, attractive furnishings, convenient indoor laundry) and thank you for being pet friendly - our dog enjoyed the green way right behind the house and the walking trail/park only a 1/2 block away. We are looking forward to staying at your place again next year. Thanks!
