With the help of an architect and interior designer, this beach cottage underwent a complete remodel and has been professionally decorated; not a detail has been missed! Each room of the house has been carefully designed and decorated to reflect a beachside atmosphere that exudes a feeling of relaxation, comfort, and luxury. The main living area opens up to the ocean and side yard with gas BBQ through two sets of glass wall doors and leads to patios full of plush seating and unparalleled ocean and island views, as well as a hot tub in the professionally landscaped backyard. The kitchen boasts a Sub-Zero Refrigerator, granite counter tops, a six-burner Dacor stove, a walk-in pantry, a Bosch dishwasher, and all the premium cookware a gourmet chef could wish for. The interior family room also includes a plasma TV home theater and a 100+ dvd library.
