It also has an alarm clock. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV and again a large walk in closet, we have a wall clock in here and a night light for the little ones if needed. The 2nd bathroom is shared by bedrooms 2 & 3 and comes with a single hand basin, bath, shower & hairdryer. The living area consists of an 8 seater dining table, Cable TV, DVD/CD player, Wireless Internet Connection, and 2 lovely large sofa's, one of which converts to a queen size bed. The patio door gives access to the private pool. Both patio doors are equipped with a pool alarm, which sends out a high pitch note should the door be opened by a young one. They are silenced simply by depressing the button. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a large cooker/grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher & waste disposal. It also has a toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle and all the pots and pans, utensils, cutlery & crockery you should need. There is also a 4 seater table & chairs and telephone.

Use of the phone for local calls is free, long distance and International calls will require a prepaid phone card which are readily available from Walgreen's, Publix or Walmart etc. The utility room has a washing machine & tumble dryer, plus an iron & ironing board. The double garage houses our patio furniture, which consists of a table & 4 chairs plus 2 relaxers. Please feel free to use these. Our wheelie bin also lives in here. The private pool is set in a covered patio area, adjacent to the lounge & master bedroom, and looks gorgeous when lit at night. Pool heating is charged separately and requires advanced notice. The 3rd bathroom is conveniently located in the patio area.

We would like to mention that all Construction is now complete on the West Stonebridge development as of March 2006, as when you view our vr360, construction is visible in the background, this is due to the vr360 being shot back in Jan 2005.
